LPH UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang Strengthens Its Role in the Global Halal Ecosystem through Halal Indo 2025

The Halal Inspection Body (LPH) of UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang took part in Halal Indo 2025 (Halal Indonesia International Industry Expo 2025), held on 25–28 September 2025 at the Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE) BSD, Tangerang City. This participation marked a strategic step for LPH UIN Malang in strengthening its role in supporting the development of both the national and international halal ecosystem.
During the event, LPH UIN Malang operated a dedicated booth that provided consultation services on halal certification procedures, assistance for implementing the Halal Product Assurance System (SJPH), and information about laboratory testing services. The booth attracted high enthusiasm from visitors representing various sectors—ranging from business actors in goods and services, micro and small enterprises, and large-scale companies, to domestic buyers and the general public seeking to better understand the importance of halal certification.
Interestingly, the event also drew the attention of international halal consultants who expressed interest in establishing strategic collaborations with LPH UIN Malang—particularly in the fields of research, auditor capacity development, and international networking within the halal industry sector. This reflects the growing global collaboration opportunities for LPH UIN Malang as one of Indonesia’s trusted halal inspection bodies.
Through its participation in Halal Indo 2025, LPH UIN Malang aims to broaden its contribution in supporting Indonesia’s vision to become a global hub for the halal industry, while strengthening synergy with business actors and international partners to jointly build a more inclusive and competitive halal ecosystem.
